1. Man let me tell you how hard it can be to find focus working out in the house. Just find a way to give yourself 20 uninterrupted minutes or allow whoever is bugging you to join in.


2. Start Now. Don't buy new clothes to accommodate your NEW weight get back into those clothes and not accept the weight. Figure out your goals and an appropriate schedule that will work. Day or Night works need to be known of when you are more motivated. Clean out that cabinet/refrigerator of unwanted devil foods🤣🤣🤣


3. Your trainer is here to help but always tell them how you feel, how you learn and any suggestions of what you like that might be able to be incorporated in YOUR healthier lifestyle plans.


4. Search around for reasonable prized foods and equipment. Amazon/Marshalls/5 Below have some cheap prizes for decent equipment. The basic daily necessities don't have to be so much. Check out a meal plan and buy accordingly.


5. Covid-19 is still a threat while we work from home and socialize less. Some are dealing with mental health for the first time and new stressor. Health is all we do have though so use workouts and eating healthier fuel to help you get rid of anxieties of our new living. Working out and eating healthier reduce stress levels allowing you to feel lighter and think more clearly. Temptations of eating bad and making excuses are soooo Easy to do. Just try not to.
