Start today! Yup forget about tomorrow and think ahead! Get that notebook and write down realistic goals and mini steps to achieve them. You want to remain interested and to stay on track. Get a partner, book with a trainer (me ofcourse) & get that needed motivation.
Remember our health is all we have to make anything else possible. Treat yourself to some good sweat and consistency.
