Is your trainer motivating you, providing you with all the tips you need and pushing you hard in workouts?
Are you consistent when your trainer is not present?
If you need more encouragement always text/call your trainer and let them know what you need.
Do you need to step up your dedication for reaching your goals? When we really want something we do whatever to get it your healthier lifestyle is no different.
Excuses aew usually what make up out lifestyle: I work late, I didn't cook, I didn't sleep, I have kids, I don't have space. Did you know no matter what excuse you come up with there IS a solution?
Someone else still got the job done and so can you once you shift the mindset.
Write down every step you NEED to get closer to daily Small goals. Don't overwhelm yourself with so much at once so you can remain consistent but still challenge yourself.
Results aren't showing up because the work ethic, consistency and dedication didn't show up.
