Get a notebook to log your journey!
Write down your meal schedules, goals and your workouts! Get into the habit of a consistent schedule with organization and watch results appear before your eyes.

Remember it is a journey so take pictures, create journal entries of how you feel and always reach out to PK FITNESS for any additional support needed.

Take Before & After pictures!

You never notice your changes right away looking in the mirror. Usually someone tells you how they notice results!

Ideally, your BEFORE and AFTER pictures show you doing the Same poses, wearing the Same clothes, in the same place both BEFORE and AFTER your transformation.
(Sorry but less clothes are better, to see your body fully). Please try not to "suck it in" or "push it out". Just pose and let us see the REAL YOU!

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Yes, meal plans are separate at the moment. I do provide all of my clients with a basic healthy grocery list as a start up.

How are you different from a regular trainer?r at a gym?

Lol good question! I'm not comparing myself to any others but I've been told that I'm a great listener to understand what my clients need. 


I love working out with my clients  to motivate them as I bark out routines. 
If you know me, you know that I have your best interest at heart. I'm gonna push you to exceed pass your limitations because I believe in you and know how strong you really are!

What types of home fitness equipment do you require clients to have??you recommend?

I like to ask what equipment you already have at home. Depending on your goals and ofcourse preferences, comfortablity, and finances we can get creative with in house items or I share links where you can purchase needed items at reasonable prices.
